View or Edit a Member Metric

The Member Metrics screen provides access to all the Metrics defined in your Loyalty account. From this screen, you can view the properties of an existing Metric, and make any necessary edits to the Metric properties.

To view or edit the properties of a Member Metric:

1. Select Program from the top navigation bar, then select Member Metrics from the side navigation menu. The Member Metrics screen is displayed.

2. On the Member Metrics screen, search for and select the desired Member Metric (see Search for a Member Metric for more information on the available search options). The Edit Metric pop-up window is displayed.

3. Make any necessary changes to the Member Metric properties. See Create a Member Metric for more information on these properties. Note that the Code value can't be edited.

4. Click Save.

If this Metric has a status of Published, you must deploy metadata in order for the changes to take effect. For details on how to deploy metadata, please see the Deployments screen.
